About the Coin Flip
Flip a fair coin once, ten times or a hundred times with a spinning animation and running statistics. Heads and tails counts with percentages accumulate in the stat tiles, a history keeps the last fifty results newest-first, and a reset clears the board for a fresh series.
How to use the Coin Flip
- Press Flip once for a single toss, or Flip 10x / 100x for batches.
- Watch the coin animation and the result label beneath it.
- Check the Heads and Tails percentages in the stat tiles.
- Review recent outcomes in the history line, or Reset to start over.
Coin Flip FAQ
Is the coin fair?
Yes โ each flip draws a cryptographically random bit, so heads and tails are equally likely and long streaks remain perfectly normal in small samples.
Why do percentages drift from 50/50?
With 10 flips a 70/30 split is common chance; the law of large numbers only pulls the ratio toward 50% over hundreds of flips, which the 100x button speeds along.
How much history is kept?
The most recent 50 flips are listed newest-first, and the totals in the stat tiles cover that same window.
